The purpose of OSERVS shall be to work in conjunction with city officials, county officials, the Oktibbeha County Emergency Management Agency, and the Mississippi.

• The courses offered through OSERVS are taught by instructors certified by the American Heart Association and successful completion will result in a 2 year.
